Load balancing among multiple network interface cards

Problem:
Network traffic does not seem to be balanced between multiple network inferface cards in my NT computer. Is there someway to activate network load balancing?

Versions:
Windows NT 4.0

Solution:

This requires editing the registry. Click on the Start button and then Run... Type regedt32 and press <Enter> to open the Registry Editor.

In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following key in the left-hand column...

HKEY_Local_Machine\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters

In the right-hand column, find an entry that says RandomAdapter. Double-click on it and change its value to 1. This will activate load balancing on multi-homed computers. Restart the computer to put the modification into effect.
